Responsibilities:

1. According to the customer's requirements or related needs, can independently carry out process or demand analysis, design the overall scheme of mechanical mechanism of automation equipment, component selection, mechanical drawing design, prepare development plan, carry out mechanical design project task allocation and management;

2. Be able to finish drawing work, BOM, mechanical design document management independently;

3. Guide the development of assembly process and assembly equipment, evaluate the feasibility and safety of production process;

4. Guide or assist to complete equipment debugging.

Job requirements:

1. Full time bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, automation and other related engineering;

2. Solid professional knowledge in mechanical design, familiar with mechanical principles, processing technology, structural design, mechanical materials, mechanical principles, etc.; design experience in motion and transmission is preferred;

3. Familiar with mechanical design standards and standard parts selection, familiar with the structure, principle and selection of common mechanical and electrical products such as precision transmission, stepping or servo motor, pneumatic system, etc;

4. Familiar with Solidworks, proe and other 3D drawing tools;

5. Strong communication and coordination ability, clear thinking, strong pressure resistance ability.         

6. Working experience: more than 3 years; non standard automation design experience is preferred.
